Silver Dollar City’s National Harvest Festival¬†

September 12 – October 26

SDCFallSorgumIn addition to the craftsmen who are regularly part of the Silver Dollar City theme park experience, the National Harvest Festival brings visiting artists from across the country to make this the largest festival of demonstrating craftsmen in the USA. Among them are the finest artisans in the Show-Me State, the “Best of Missouri Hands Juried Artists”.

The festival also features a salute to the American cowboy with trick riders, cowboy poets, western music, chuck wagon cooking, a western stunt show and more.SDCFallTrickRider

Expected craft demonstrations include handcrafted jewelry, mixed media art, rug hooking, stained glass, barbed wire art, fused glass, oil painting, watercolor painting, gourd art, scroll saw art, cooperage, copper decor and jewelry, custom knives, wood and antler pens, quilting, blacksmithing, sorghum, enamel painting, needlework, baskets, treenware, fiddle making, and much more.

 Entertainment during the festival includes Texas Trick Riders, Kerry Grombacher, Riders in the Sky, Kristyn Harris, Flying W Wranglers, Extreme Mustang Makeovers with Fred Woehl, Judy Coder, Stan Mahler, Quebe Sisters Band, R. J. Vandygriff, Carolyn Martin Swing Band, Mustang Mikki, Wilson Family String Band, Bill Barwick, and many more.
