Posted by on June 6, 2013

Do you have a special talent, or a pet with unique training? Here’s your chance to show off that special ability!

Representatives from The Late Show with David Letterman will audition for Stupid Human and Stupid Pet Tricks on Saturday, June 15, 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm, at the Branson Landing.

Participants have the chance for an all-expense paid trip to New York City to appear on the Late Show with David Letterman. Local CBS affiliate KOLR10 will host the event and Branson area businesses have contributed prizes for all participants, even if they are not selected to appear on TV.

Branson resident Matt Gumm was featured on the show in 2011 with his rendition of “Stars and Stripes Forever” on a bicycle pump.

This casting call is open to all ages. Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The parent or legal guardian must chaperon and sign a release waiver. Participants will have the chance to be selected to perform their trick on the Late Show with David Letterman.

Participants must arrive at the casting call between the designated times. The casting call is based on a first come, first serve basis, so pre-registration will not guarantee an audition. Auditions will take place outside in front of the Branson Landing Fountains and will end at the designated time.
